GLHR’s HR Coaching & Internship Support is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world HR practice. Our programs focus on practical exposure, regulatory understanding, and people management capability, enabling participants to transition confidently into corporate HR roles. The emphasis is on application, not theory—preparing individuals for the realities of today’s dynamic workplaces.
The HR Generalist Program is a structured, end-to-end learning journey that integrates core HR functions, HR analytics, payroll operations, and employment law into one comprehensive program. It is designed to provide holistic HR exposure with a strong practical orientation, making participants job-ready and compliance-aware.

This module builds a strong foundation in strategic HR and people management. Participants gain clarity on how HR functions align with business objectives, the evolving role of HR in Indian organizations, and the frameworks that drive performance and workforce effectiveness. Key areas include workforce planning, induction and onboarding processes, performance management systems, and the application of KRA, KPA, and KPI frameworks. The module concludes with an assessment to evaluate practical understanding.

Module 2 focuses on operational HR and payroll fundamentals with real-world application. Participants learn time office management, salary structuring, payroll processing, statutory compliance, attendance and leave integration, MIS reporting, and dashboard basics. Practical payroll case studies and Full & Final settlement scenarios are covered to ensure hands-on exposure. The module ends with an assessment to validate applied learning.

This module provides in-depth exposure to Indian employment laws and compliance frameworks. Participants gain an understanding of key labour laws, new labour codes, PF, ESIC, pay structures, and the Factory Act, 1948. The module also covers HR documentation, statutory registers, disciplinary processes, legal safeguards, and compliance audit readiness—equipping learners to manage regulatory responsibilities confidently. An assessment concludes the module.
